Description
We had a great 2026 Field Day Event!
Special thanks go out to our president, Mark - KC8TUW for all his hard work posting flyers about the even throughout the community and motivating us all to come out and enjoy the day.
We also want to thank Steve KD8JLA, the Fairfield County Emergency Management Agency and the Fairfield Medical Center for their support in allowing us to use the Mobile Command Center and trailer.
We were able to get multiple stations on the air simultaneously on different bands running with the designation 5A-OH. Antennae included Buddipoles, Yaesu ATAS, end-fed wire, and a POTA Performer.
There was plenty of food, good comradery, and lots of fun. A hardy thanks to all who participated.
